STEP 3: DRINK THE TEA!
Here's a few quick reminders for when you have your Tea.
NOTICE: For best use, we recommend to consume the tea for no more than 5 consecutive days at a time. Allowing two days off may increase the effectiveness of the product long-term; allowing your body to maintain homeostasis (to regulate its internal conditions, such as the chemical composition of its body fluids).
There are some people that have never detoxed, never thought about detoxing, and won't detox unless they see YOU on the journey. It makes perfect sense, if you think about it. 2020 is going to be important to your long-term wellness!

MAKE IT
Bring (1) quart water to rolling boil. Add (2) tea bags and cover. Remove from heat and let steep for 4 to 8 hours. Combine steeped tea with (3) quarts cold water to make (1) gallon of tea and refrigerate.

TAKE IT
Afternoon and night.

DOSE
Drink an (8) oz glass with lunch and dinner and 1/2 cup with evening snack.
Instant
MAKE IT
Mix (1) sachet with at least 16.9 fl. oz. of hot or cold water.

30 minutes before eating.
